Although there was a mix-up with the delivery, Lee's Florist made things right in the end - and as you can see the arrangement was lovely! The online ordering process was easy, and their selection of arrangements for a funeral was expansive. I don't expect perfection from any person or organization, however I DO expect that (should a problem occur) that person or organization will do their best to compensate me. Lee's Florist did that, and therefore I can give them 5 stars for the actual order and for the experience of working with them.
