- Our small staff greatly appreciates completing your order online, which includes photo preview and delivery confirmation that we are unable to provide for phone orders
- Pick-up orders are generally available at our store from 12pm-2pm daily. Earlier or later upon request.
- Delivery within a 1-hour window is available for an additional fee (funerals are exempt). We otherwise cannot guarantee other delivery time requests, but will do our best to accommodate
- If available, it helps our delivery drivers to have door codes for secured buildings, as well as recipient phone numbers in case of delivery issues. Please do not substitute sender's phone number in the delivery information.
- Same-day online ordering stops at 11am PST (subject to daily capacity). If after 11am, contact us directly for same-day inquiries.
- Our storefront is open by appointment only. We're happy to have a custom order ready for you if you contact us in advance.

Submerging orchids in water is a clear and beautiful way to display them; and this tall column vase filled with orchids – plus curly branches, leaves and a handful of river rocks – is a unique floral arrangement that will be lovely in any environment.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
